Tim is a long-time resident of Fort Worth and has been President/Agent with Trojan Commercial Real Estate since August 2018. Prior to joining Trojan CRE, Tim was an agent with Austin Company Commercial Real Estate for 17 years. In these 17 years, Tim has developed skills and qualifications in sales and leasing contract negotiations, buyers and tenant representation, land assemblages, property management, real estate consulting and city zoning. Tim has sold and leased over 35 million dollars’ worth of business. Tim’s a member of the Society of Commercial Realtors and the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors. Past committee member of Fort Worth Citizen Advisory board and FWISD Human Relations committee. Tim has over 40 years of experience in management, customer relations, and services, marketing and sales.

Born and raised in Evansville, In. Tim moved to Fort Worth, TX in 1979 to attend Tarrant County College, majoring in communications. Tim and his wife have one daughter and they have been married for over 30 years.

Michael Berkowitz has been President and CEO of his commercial real estate brokerage since their formation in 1989, which he owns 100% of the company. Additionally, Michael serves as President of Property Managers LLC, which he formed as a separate entity to do third-party management of commercial real estate. Michael owns 100% of Property Managers LLC.

Under Michael’s direction, Property Managers LLC has grown to be a dominant force in local property management as well as managing properties in Corpus Christi, Temple, Lubbock as well as malls in Ohio and Maryland.

Michael is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting. His expertise lies in the area of investment analysis, development, construction, leasing, and management of commercial property. He has owned and operated his own commercial real estate company which is now Colonial Commercial Real Estate LLC, for the past 25 years.

Michael was named in the second class as one of the “Top 40 under 40” and Real Estate Dealmakers by the Business Press. He has been recognized as a power broker by CoStar many times and was named to a list of “Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate.” Through his thirty plus years of experience in commercial real estate, he has been able to identify and analyze investment opportunities for his clients and in the past three years has sold over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial property.
